A2Z Infra Engineering Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Demand Notice dated 21st March, 2024 received by the Company from Goods and Services Tax Department (GST) on 27th March, 2024 for an amount of INR 8,60,43,911/- including penalties. Further, interest on wrongly and excess availed ITC to be calculated at appropriate rate under Section 50(3) of the CGST Act, 2017 read with relevant Section of Arunachal Pradesh GST Act, 2017 read with relevant Section of IGST Act, 2017'.
